Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Operations Management, or any related field.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production supervisory role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
• Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Timekeeping Systems (TK).
• Maintain accurate HR and operational records, including timekeeping and production reports.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee information with discretion.
• Knowledge of production machinery, manufacturing processes, and quality control systems.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and production software or spreadsheet-based reporting tools.
• Perform duties as an HR Coordinator supporting both HR and operational functions.
