PROJECT DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities

• Perform supervisory functions for project activities
• Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion
• Prepare and draft project plans as needed
• Facilitate and validate construction activities
• Handle project development functions
• Request and evaluate quotations from contractors
• Review project plans and perspective
• Conduct ocular inspections using the store improvement checklist
• Assist in final inspections prior to project turnover
• Prepare Marketing Request Forms and Purchase Requisition Forms
• Update and monitor Google Sheets and GC progress reports
• Submit month-end project reports
• Create and draft floor layouts

Qualifications

• With 2–3 years of experience in project planning or related field
• Knowledgeable in CAD
• Background in project management
• Driving skills are an advantage
• Willing to travel frequently
