PROJECT SPECIALIST

Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and organizing project activities and timelines

Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors

Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports

Track project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation

Ensure all project documentation is complete and up to date

Identify potential risks or issues and escalate when necessary

Support implementation of process improvements for project efficiency

Ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field

Experience in project coordination or administration is an advantage

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
