- Oversee construction activities on-site.
- Ensure project specifications and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with architects and contractors.
- Monitor progress and report to project managers.
- Resolve technical issues and ensure safety compliance.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain project documentation.
- Assist with project scheduling and resource allocation.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in layout apps, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Working Conditions: Primarily on-site, may involve outdoor work and varying weather conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
