The Senior Site Engineer provides technical and operational support to the Project-in-Charge in the efficient and effective execution of assigned project phases, from planning and mobilization through project completion. He/she assists in the planning, coordination, supervision, and monitoring of technical aspects of construction activities to ensure that the project is completed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, schedule, and budget.

The Senior Site Engineer also provides technical guidance to site personnel, coordinates with various project stakeholders, identifies and resolves technical issues, and ensures that construction activities are properly implemented and documented.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1.   Proven experience in the construction industry (both civil and structural works)

2.   Graduate of BS Civil Engineering, preferably board passer

3.   Sufficient understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles

4.   Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards

5.   Familiarity with construction/ project management software/good knowledge of MS Office

6.   Above average communication and negotiation skills

7.   Excellent organizational and time-management skills

8.   A team player with leadership abilities.
