Project Site Engineer

Project Planning & Coordination

• Review project drawings, electrical plans, lighting layouts, and technical specifications.
• Assist in preparing project implementation plans and schedules. Coordinate with designers, suppliers, and subcontractors regarding technical requirements.
• Support the preparation of technical documentation and project reports.

Site Supervision & Implementation

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress.
• Ensure electrical installations follow approved plans and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and site safety protocols.
• Coordinate site activities with contractors and subcontractors.

Technical Documentation, Bid Preparation & Tender Support

• Assist in the preparation and review of: shop drawings, lighting layouts, electrical schematics, material specifications
• Ensure all project documentation is properly updated and filed.
• Assist in reviewing bid documents, project plans, specifications, and scope of work.
• Support the preparation of technical proposals and bid requirements.
• Ensure all technical documents submitted are accurate and aligned with project requirements.

Material Estimation & Technical Quantification

• Review electrical plans, lighting layouts, and project drawings to identify required materials. Assist in preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for project execution

Procurement Coordination

• Assist in identifying required materials and electrical components.
• Coordinate with the procurement team regarding supplier quotations and technical specifications.
• Verify materials delivered on site match project requirements.

Project Monitoring & Reporting

• Monitor project progress against the approved schedule. Identify project risks, delays, or technical issues.
• Prepare site reports, progress reports, and coordination updates.

Client & Team Coordination

• Participate in project meetings and coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Support the project manager in addressing site concerns and technical clarifications.
• Ensure smooth communication between the office team and the project site

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred)
• Experience At least 3–5 years experience in electrical engineering,
• construction, or project implementation. Experience in electrical installation,
• lighting systems, or construction projects is an advantage
