Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily project progress against approved plans and construction schedules.
• Manage and maintain site document control activities, ensuring proper filing and updating of project records.
• Implement and monitor construction methods, procedures, and material usage in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Prepare and submit monthly project status and accomplishment reports.
• Supervise and manage on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, safety standards, and applicable codes.
• Analyze and interpret engineering and construction drawings for project execution and coordination.
• Ensure all project documentation is updated and properly maintained, including quality control records, change orders, progress reports, inspection reports, and site diaries.
• Identify potential project risks and implement preventive measures to minimize delays, cost overruns, and safety incidents.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders regarding site activities and technical concerns.
• Organize and participate in handover inspections, acceptance of hidden works, and project inspections together with supervising engineers and relevant authorities.
• Review and verify dimensions, elevations, material specifications, and quality requirements based on approved construction drawings.
• Ensure strict implementation of occupational safety and health standards at the project site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field.
• At least three (3) years of relevant work experience in highway, bridge, or vertical/horizontal construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, engineering standards, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and reporting abilities.
• Able to work on-site under varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
