Job description:

• Supervise daily construction site activities
• Ensure work follows plans, drawings, and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, workers, and suppliers
• Monitor project progress, quality and safety
• Prepare site reports and documenttation
• Resolve technical and on-site issues
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Licensed Civil Engineer is a plus (but not required)
• 3–5 years of experience in commercial construction, renovations, fit-out, or related works
• Knowledge of standard construction methods, quality standards, and generally accepted construction practices
• Proven experience in site supervision and coordination
• Valid driver’s license (manual)
• Basic office and documentation skills (MS Excel, MS Word, reports, and email correspondence)
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with project teams
• Capable of leading and supervising general foremen and skilled workers
