- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the handled Estate which includes Administration, Grounds Maintenance, Safety & Security, Traffic, and Development Control.
- Conduct regular coordination with counterparts of the different locators for their concerns and address them with the least amount of time.
- Execute projects that may be assigned from time-to-time related to the managed property.
- And any other tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time by his superior.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Engineering or Management course.
- Minimum at least one of experience or fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Experience in facilities/estate management, project supervision
