- Maintain and oversee the operation of building systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of facilities and equipment.
- Collaborate with contractors and vendors for repair and maintenance services.
- Assist in developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to building systems and equipment.
