Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Proven experience in managing or working on solar power projects (5-10years)
  • Strong understanding of solar energy systems, electrical design, and construction practices
  • Familiarity with solar design software and project management tools
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements in solar energy projects
  • PMP or relevant certifications are a plus
  • Willing to travel to project sites as needed
  • Willing to be assigned in Clark, Pampanga
  • Can Start ASAP!


Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating engineering projects.
  • Review project specifications, drawings, and technical documents.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare status reports for management.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, engineering standards, and company policies.
  • Support procurement processes including materials and equipment selection.
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during project implementation.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records.
  • Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and project forecasting.
