The Project Engineer is responsible for supervising and coordinating on site construction activities, ensuring manpower management, task delegations and proper work groupings. The position also involves preparation of overtime (OT) forms, assisting in project estimates, and monitoring project budget and resource utilization to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of works.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Licensed Civil Engineer (is an advantage but not required)
• At least 5 years of experience in site supervision or project implementation
• With experience in government projects is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in construction cost estimate, quantity take-off and cost control
• Knowledgeable in construction methodologies, equipment, tools and manpower use
• Strong Leadership, communication and organization skills
• Good writing and communication skills.
• Computer knowledge and skills on multiple platforms
