JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Supervises project site from beginning to end and manages parts of construction materials and construction machinery.

- Assist in the monitoring of land development work from the construction phase up to the turnover of units.

- Conduct daily site inspections

- Prepares cost estimates and ensures appropriate materials and tools are available.

- Warranty inspections

- Accomplishment of Engineer’s Inspection Report

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

-Must have experienced in HOUSING Developer

- With at least 3 years of relevant experience in construction or real estate development

-Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost management

- Proficient in MS Excel and relevant estimating or QS software

- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities

- Will report in Marikina City
