• Communicate with the client and their representatives (architect, engineer, and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed about the progress.

• Carry out the day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of subcontractors.

• Oversee the selection and requisition of materials.

• Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.

• Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, site diaries, change orders, and quality control measures.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

• 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer, Civil Engineer, or in a similar role

• Must have a COSH/SO2 Certificate

• Licensed or non-licensed applicants are welcome to apply

• Must be willing to be assigned anywhere in Metro Manila

• Great at managing projects and staying organized.

• Strong at solving problems, making decisions, and communicating clearly.

• Works well with a team.

• Knows how to handle budgets and control costs.
