Job Description
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Civil Engineering
- Preferably with PRC License
- With at least 2 years experience in project supervision especially in Horizontal projects (Land development, bridges and hi-ways)
- Preferably with driving skills and driver’s license
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monthly project monitoring
- Prepares monthly report for project status and collection per project
- Weekly management of subcontractor billing and other records
- Comparison of actual cost incurred versus internal estimates
- Weekly handling of NTP’s (Notice to Proceed) internal estimate
- Consultation with clients, vendors or other individuals as needed
