DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversees the operational project sequence based on scope of work indicated in the contract documents, Drawings plans and specification at project site.

Monitors and Supervise the Construction progress.

Monitors and check the Construction Accomplishment based on agreed construction schedule.

Monitors and check Punchlist handover and work quality of in-house skilled workers.

Monitors and check all required tools and material needed to accomplish the project.

Perform site instruction to in-house skilled workers.

Daily monitoring of manpower deployment to project site.

Reports to Technical O-I-C, Operations Manager and Client's Project Manager or Representative.

Submits Weekly and Monthly reports.

Creates accomplishment report for attachment to progress billing.

Modify drawing plan as needed using AutoCad program.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering, architecture, or any related field to construction project management. License is not required but a plus.

Knowledgeable in AutoCad program, MS Office software & Sketch-Up.

Has experience in handling a Vertical project (condominium) construction is an advantage.

Technical know-how in Construction methods and procedures is required.

Flexible to adapt to the challenging situation of a project site.
