Job Title: Project Site Engineer (Subdivision Housing Projects)

We are seeking a Project Site Engineer with 2–3 years of experience, preferably in subdivision housing projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring quality standards, safety compliance, and timely completion of construction works.

• Supervise and monitor daily site construction activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.
• Assist in managing schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Resolve on-site technical issues and provide engineering solutions.
• Support project managers in meeting project timelines and quality standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (licensed preferred but not required).
• 2–3 years of work experience in site engineering, preferably in subdivision housing projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
