Job Summary:

The Project Engineer is responsible for overseeing residential construction projects from planning to completion. This role ensures quality, timeliness, and cost efficiency in project execution while providing technical support and customer assistance on construction-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the completion of residential projects and maintenance activities at property sites.
• Oversee property management operations to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Review, validate, and monitor contractors’ progress reports and billings.
• Manage the bidding process, including evaluation of contractors and negotiation of project costs.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Address customer concerns related to construction and site work.
• Ensure adherence to construction schedules, budgets, and specifications.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Civil Engineer.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in housing construction within low- to mid-range real estate projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other construction-related software.
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented, organized, and detail-focused.
