- Oversee and manage construction site activities.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and report to project managers.
- Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines.
- Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot issues.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant engineering experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in CAD software, strong communication skills, and keen attention to detail are essential.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in site inspections, project documentation, and coordinate with project teams.
- Working Conditions: Primarily field-based role with occasional office work in a construction environment.
- Qualities and Traits: Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a team.
