• Manage projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Create and maintain project plans, work plans, and status reports on scope, schedule, and quality.
• Monitor project budget, costs, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalation.
• Facilitate Scrum processes and ceremonies; guide the team and ensure adherence to Scrum practices.
• Ensure compliance, documentation, audits, and project close-out requirements are completed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years’ Project Management experience in software/system implementation; able to work independently.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, UI/UX, BA) and third-party vendors.
• Strong background in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Waterfall methodologies with hands-on delivery.
• Experience in banking/credit card environments with solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
