Description

The PC Management Lead oversees end-to-end PC lifecycle operations under IT BAR Services, ensuring standardized delivery, inventory accuracy, SLA compliance, and continuous service improvement in accordance with the approved SOW.

  • Lead handling of hardware new/replacement requests and availment for standard, non-standard PCs, and mobile devices
  • Oversee PC inventory management, including deliveries, staging, deployment, gatepass, and DTD creation
  • Manage non-standard laptop staging, troubleshooting, and vendor endorsement reporting
  • Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding device requests, including clearance computation and asset uploading
  • Ensure Stores asset inventory is accurately managed for new and replacement requests
  • Govern software license requests and deployment, including specialized software (e.g., Adobe, Office for Mac)
  • Ensure all device services are logged and managed through ServiceNow
  • Monitor SLAs for walk-in and remote PC support
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
  • Act as point person in bridge calls for PC-related outages
  • Drive continuous service improvement (CSI) initiatives
  • Lead PC vendor management, including escalation of issues and performance monitoring
  • Dispatch and monitor tickets endorsed to vendor support teams

Requirements

  • 5–8 years in endpoint / PC management or IT operations
  • Strong knowledge of PC lifecycle, ITSM, and ServiceNow
  • Proven leadership and vendor coordination experience
