Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Java Technical Lead to spearhead the design, development, and implementation of robust and scalable enterprise-level applications. This role requires a strong background in Java, Hibernate, and Angular, coupled with proven leadership skills to guide and mentor a team of talented developers. You will be instrumental in driving technical excellence and ensuring the successful delivery of critical projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong expertise in Java, Angular, Hibernate, and JSON development.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
