Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, aligned with business, clinical, and enterprise priorities. 
• Lead end-to-end project execution, managing resources, schedules, and deliverables for timely implementation of enterprise system solutions. 
• Act as primary liaison between client stakeholders, clinical teams, vendors, and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and change requests with minimal disruption to timelines and operational workflows.
• Coordinate testing, validation, and user acceptance activities, and oversee go-live readiness and post-implementation support.
• Work under mWell direction and comply with project governance, data privacy, and security protocols.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, Business, or a related field. 
• Minimum two (2) years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare or enterprise systems; PMP, Agile, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools such as MS Project and Jira.
• Understanding of healthcare workflows (registration, billing, EMR, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology) and of healthcare regulations, data privacy, and compliance. 
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, coordinate with developers, infrastructure teams, and vendors, and drive alignment across stakeholders. 
• Experience with system implementation, UAT, go-live, and post-implementation support is preferred.
