- Documentation & Reporting
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, managerial role.
- Proven track record in managing multiple construction projects successfully.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
- Strong financial and resource management skills.
- Professional license (PRC)
- Other related training or certification is an advantage.
