Filipino Services Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker)

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Filipino service staff.
- Assign duties, schedules, and responsibilities based on operational requirements.
- Serve as a Mandarin-speaking liaison between clients/management and Filipino employees.
- Translate and communicate instructions, concerns, and service requirements accurately.
- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, grooming, conduct, and work performance.
- Ensure staff properly understand and follow company policies and client requirements.
- Conduct staff orientations, briefings, and regular performance discussions.
- Handle employee concerns and coordinate appropriate solutions with management.
- Monitor the quality and consistency of services provided to clients.
- Conduct regular site visits or staff check-ins when required.
- Prepare and submit attendance, staffing, incident, and performance reports.
- Coordinate recruitment, deployment, replacement, and onboarding of service personnel as needed.
- Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and service-related concerns.
- Maintain good relationships with clients, employees, and management.
- Ensure confidentiality of client and employee information.
- Coordinate with HR and other departments regarding staffing and employee concerns.
- Perform other supervisory and administrative duties assigned by management.
