PROJECT MANAGER Industry: Fintech & Proptech Methodology:

Job Summary: The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving the delivery of fintech and proptech website and mobile app projects. This role ensures that sprint commitments are met, blockers are resolved, and teams stay aligned with business goals using Scrum practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project delivery using Scrum
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Track progress, timelines, and risks across all modules
• Coordinate closely with developers and QA to ensure tasks are completed on time
• Ensure QA activities are included in sprint planning and estimates
• Monitor backlogs and push teams to complete sprint commitments
• Provide clear status updates and reports to stakeholders
• Maintain project documentation and boards using agreed tools Require

Qualifications: 

• At least 1-2 years experience as a Project Manager or similar role in tech Experience handling web and mobile application projects
• Working knowledge of Scrum / Agile methodology
• Ability to manage developers and QA in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Experience using tools such as Notion, Slack, GitHub, and Google Workspace
• Able to work onsite and collaborate face-to-face with the team
