Project Manager/Supervisor

Job Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the timely, high-quality, and efficient delivery of projects through effective planning, coordination, and monitoring of team performance, project milestones, stakeholder expectations, and overall progress.

Main Responsibilities

Project Planning

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, team structure, budget considerations, and resource allocation
• Develop detailed project plans with clear milestones and cost estimates together with the team
• Lead project kick-off meetings and align expectations with stakeholders and team members

Project Execution & Delivery

• Lead sprint meetings and ensure project progress aligns with planned timelines and estimates
• Identify potential delays early and implement corrective actions without compromising overall project goals
• Monitor project tracking systems (e.g., TFS), ensuring accurate and timely reporting and team compliance

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact between internal and external stakeholders
• Provide regular project updates and performance reports
• Manage expectations and ensure alignment of priorities across all parties

Risk, Issue & Change Management

• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies
• Ensure timely resolution of project issues and concerns
• Manage change requests and assess their impact on delivery while ensuring stakeholder alignment

Quality Assurance

• Oversee testing phases including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure quality standards are met
• Recommend process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency

Deployment & Closure

• Ensure proper project turnover to relevant stakeholders
• Conduct post-deployment evaluation for improvements and innovation
• Finalize all project documentation and reports

Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in IT or SaaS environments
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with sound decision-making ability
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams effectively

Additional Advantages

• Experience with SaaS platforms, HRIS, ERP, or similar business systems
• Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) is a plus
• Familiarity with project management tools and performance tracking systems
• Knowledge of business analysis, requirements gathering, and technical writing
