We are hiring for PROJECT MANAGER role.

Non-Negotiable Skills:

• Strong experience in end-to-end project management
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, MS Excel)
• Hands-on experience running Agile Scrum ceremonies
• Advanced scheduling and resource planning capabilities
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in Jira dashboards and sprint planning
• Ability to create clear, concise reporting and presentations for project progress

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plus
• Power BI proficiency is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to closure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues and risks
• Utilize Jira dashboards to track sprint progress and team performance
• Prepare and deliver project status reports and presentations to stakeholders
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and ensure alignment with business goals
• Continuously improve project delivery processes and team collaboration
