a. Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
• Must be a Registered and Licensed Electronics or Electrical (PRC licensed).
• With proven experience as a Project Manager in construction or related industry
• Strong leadership, planning, and project management skills
• Knowledgeable in project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
• Experienced in handling contractors, suppliers, and client coordination
• With 5 years related work experience in FDAS and Auxiliary Items
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Willing to do site visits and handle multiple projects
• Must be willing to be assigned at Multi-Line Head Office, Quezon City

b. Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall project execution from start to completion
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, manpower, and resources (SWM)
• Supervise project team, contractors, and site activities
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to plans
• Conduct site inspections and monitor daily and weekly progress
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments
• Handle project documentation, reports, and progress billing (FWAR/PB)
• Identify issues, delays, and risks; implement solutions and catch-up plans
• Manage variation orders, testing & commissioning, and project close-out
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies
• Lead team development, meetings, and performance monitoring
• Perform other related duties as assigned
