• Manage all communication with clients for various multiple projects and provide engineering and technical support to clients.
• Administer all civil engineering projects, prepare drafts and estimate of all fees and draft all proposals to be presented to clients and ensure compliance to schedule and budget and document all requirements.
• Supervise efficient working of all engineering staff evaluate all work and provide required training to manage all projects efficiently.
• Monitor all marketing and development activities for civil projects.
• Analyze and recommend appropriate strategies for all key management issues and interview various candidates according to scope of all projects.
• Evaluate and coordinate with various departments to oversee all private and municipal projects and prepare required technical reports for all engineering activities and make presentations at various meetings.
• Prepare all engineering drawings and assist to make all design calculations.
• Analyze all development and implement of firm policies and procedures for various projects efficiently.

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam) in Civil Engineering
• At least 3 years experience in the related field
• Required skill: costs estimates, site management, flexibility
• Experience in handling manpower team is an advantage
• Can handle job site with minimal supervision
• Willing to be assigned within Metro Manila.
