Job Summary

FiberHome is seeking an experienced SAQ (Site Acquisition) Manager to support its Fiber to the Home (FTTH) rollout projects across South Luzon, Philippines. The SAQ Manager will oversee end-to-end site acquisition activities, including Right-of-Way (ROW) processing, LGU coordination, landlord negotiations, and permit acquisition to ensure timely network deployment.

The ideal candidate must have strong experience working with Philippine LGUs (Local Government Units), utility companies, and private property owners for telecom infrastructure deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Site Acquisition (SAQ) activities for FTTH rollout across South Luzon.
• Secure necessary permits from LGUs, barangays, DPWH, and other regulatory bodies.
• Handle Right-of-Way (ROW) applications and compliance documentation.
• Negotiate lease agreements and access permissions with property owners and developers.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Planning, ODN, Engineering, Construction) to align site readiness with rollout schedules.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine telecom regulations and local ordinances.
• Maintain accurate tracking of permits, contracts, and approval timelines.
• Manage vendors and subcontractors involved in SAQ processes.
• Identify risks related to site access and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly SAQ progress reports.
