PLANCLIENT COMMUNICATIONTEAM COORDINATION

Description

  • Plan and manage ERP implementation and development projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
  • Develop project plans and schedules, including identifying the critical path and dependencies, and allocate resources accordingly.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and risk registers.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure all expenses are within the approved budget.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and team members.
  • Identify and manage project risks, and implement mitigation strategies where necessary.
  • Manage project change requests, assessing their impact on project scope, timelines, and budget, and gaining approval from stakeholders where required.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring their expectations are managed appropriately and their feedback is taken into consideration.
  • Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status meetings, and project reviews.
  • Ensure all project deliverables are of high quality, and meet the required standards and specifications.
  • Provide leadership and support to project team members, motivating them to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with project management best practices, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and control.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience managing ERP implementation and development projects.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project or JIRA.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
  • PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus.
