Plan and manage ERP implementation and development projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
Develop project plans and schedules, including identifying the critical path and dependencies, and allocate resources accordingly.
Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and risk registers.
Manage project budgets and ensure all expenses are within the approved budget.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and team members.
Identify and manage project risks, and implement mitigation strategies where necessary.
Manage project change requests, assessing their impact on project scope, timelines, and budget, and gaining approval from stakeholders where required.
Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring their expectations are managed appropriately and their feedback is taken into consideration.
Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status meetings, and project reviews.
Ensure all project deliverables are of high quality, and meet the required standards and specifications.
Provide leadership and support to project team members, motivating them to achieve project goals and objectives.
Ensure compliance with project management best practices, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and control.
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience managing ERP implementation and development projects.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project or JIRA.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus.
