  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee construction projects, ensure adherence to timelines and budgets, and coordinate with subcontractors.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily on-site in various weather conditions, requiring physical stamina.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
