Lead the company’s Technical Working Group.
Provide coaching and direction to the company’s engineers.
Oversee the company’s projects from their development to execution until their turnover.
In-charge in the development and submission of Technical and Commercial Proposals.
Liaise with client’s project personnel and subject matter experts. Manage contractors and technology providers.
Lead and manage all projects undertaken by the company.
Overall in-charge of all Engineering, Financial and Logistics decisions related to every project.
Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
Execute and manage assigned projects through all phases from planning, implementation, to successful completion (within time and budget).
Provide day-to-day direction and coordination for contractors and suppliers.
Responsible for obtaining the necessary permits required for each phase of the project and ensuring that the local codes are being followed
Lead in managing the project scope, cost, schedule and deliverables.

Bachelor’s degree graduate (preferably with PRC license) and with relevant experience in the same field for one year.
Proficient in MS Project, MS Word, Outlook and use design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, and similar CAD tools to develop models and drawings.
Partake in researching trends that are essential to economic growth, poverty reduction and well-being.
Able to analyze or draft blueprints, engineering plans, and graphic designs (Engineers)
Experienced in Wastewater or Water Treatment Plant (WTP) environment or at least strong knowledge & understanding in installation to completion of construction
Liaise with engineers, management, suppliers, vendors and the client.
Excellent interpersonal and, customer service skills, and value growth mindset
Maintain high standards in communication to partners and clients being an ambassador of Power 4 All.
Self-starter, with a strong ability to initiate and deliver committed tasks ensuring utmost success in this multifaceted role.

Office-based and willing to travel for site visits periodically
