- Prepare detailed estimates for construction projects based on project specifications.
- Analyze labor, material, and time requirements for projects.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate and comprehensive estimates.
- Review historical data to make informed decisions on future estimates.
- Assist in the preparation of bid documents and proposals.
- Understanding of drawings, specifications, BOQ and other contract terms
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
- Qualities and Traits: Motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable to changing environments
