About the Role

Fig Advisory is seeking a proactive Electrical Engineer Estimator to join our client support team at our North EDSA, Manila office. In this full-time role, you will be the operational backbone for a growing HVAC engineering firm, managing job sites, supplier relationships, and payment coordination.

This is a relationship-building role where your organisational skills will drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret electrical drawings, ground plans, and specifications
• Prepare detailed and accurate electrical cost estimates and quotations
• Perform quantity take-offs and cost breakdowns
• Use SIMPRO to create, manage, and revise estimates
• Ensure compliance with Australian electrical standards and project requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to clarify scope and pricing details
• Meet deadlines and maintain accuracy across multiple projects

Key Requirements (Must-Have):

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Electrical Estimator
• Australian electrical estimating experience (essential)
• Strong ability to read and interpret ground plans and electrical plans
• Proficiency in SIMPRO (mandatory)
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
