Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Civil Engineering
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in construction estimating/quantity surveying is preferred
Skills Required
- Proficient in quantity take-off and cost estimation
- Knowledge of construction materials and processes
- Ability to monitor project quantities and costs
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections and prepare estimates and costing
- Monitor project billings and coordinate with subcontractors
- Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
- Review quantities, materials, and project requirements for accuracy
