Description

  • Oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Prepare and manage Bills of Materials (BOM) and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for project costing.
  • Conduct quality checks throughout the construction process to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project alignment and success.
  • Develop project schedules and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.

Requirement

  • 1 to 5 years of experience in Construction Management
  • Strong ability to manage construction projects effectively
  • Proficient in costing (BOM/BOQ)
  • Experience in quality checking and assurance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Driver's license is a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure
