Description :
- Collaborate with clients to understand vision and requirements for building designs.
- Create conceptual designs, develop detailed architectural plans using CAD software.
- Ensure all designs comply with legal standards and codes.
- Participate in client presentations and meetings to facilitate design approval process.
- Liaise with contractors and oversee construction phase to ensure alignment with design specifications.
- Contribute innovative ideas in a dynamic team environment at Asia Peopleworks Inc, a premier human resources and recruitment firm in the industry.
Requirements :
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of professional experience in architectural design.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in CAD and 3D software, knowledge of building codes, and design principles. Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Create architectural designs, develop construction documents, collaborate with teams, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional on-site visits. May require extra hours to meet project deadlines.
