Description

  • Project Planning and Scheduling (Gannt Chart creation with accountability, milestones, status, activities list)
  • A dedicated Project Coordinator to support project management efforts
  • Overall in charge of the project from conception to turn over project.
  • In charge of ensuring all stakeholders of the projects have appropriate resources to get things done at the right timelines
  • Responsible for the creation and enforcement of a project development schedule 
  • In charge of coordination, time management, budget management, construction management, quality management, and project close-out of the project.

Requirements

  • Job Title: Project Supervisor
  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: At least 10-15 years of experience in project supervision, preferably in a related industry.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and AFES (Analysis for Engineers and Scientists).
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience with project coordination and execution.
  • Effective team building and leadership abilities.
  • Advanced problem-solving capacity.
  • Adept at risk management.
  • Responsibilities and Duties:Overseeing project activities and ensuring they comply with company standards.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
  • Executing project plans within the given deadlines and budgets.
  • Developing and fostering team collaboration.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Working Conditions: Expected to work in both office settings and on-site locations. Must be willing to travel as required for project needs.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
