• Nothing moves to the next phase until it holds up.

Location

Within Metro Manila and nearby provinces

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate F&B cost estimates, BOQs, and project budgets
• Lead restaurant/F&B costing and estimation
• Identify cost risks and provide practical, cost-effective solutions
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Ensure projects meet agreed quality and technical standards
• Monitor project execution, costs, scope, and timelines
• Help turn concepts into well-costed, well-planned, and successfully executed F&B projects
