A seasoned restaurant/F&B cost estimator with the charm to lead a client room and the technical eye to keep every phase honest.

- Positioning utilities right the first time, before reworks eats the budget.

- Nothing moves to the next phase until it holds up.
Location
Within Metro Manila and nearby provinces
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate F&B cost estimates, BOQs, and project budgets
- Lead restaurant/F&B costing and estimation
- Identify cost risks and provide practical, cost-effective solutions
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Ensure projects meet agreed quality and technical standards
- Monitor project execution, costs, scope, and timelines
- Help turn concepts into well-costed, well-planned, and successfully executed F&B projects
