• Coordinate with different Departments and Project Teams regarding project

requirements and cost-related transactions.

• Process and maintain records of project requests, expenses, and supporting

documentation.

• Verify cost coding, task allocation, and charge assignments for project

transactions.

• Prepare and update cost monitoring reports, forecasts, and expense summaries.

• Assist in the analysis and forecasting of project costs, including materials,

equipment, and operational expenses.

• Ensure timely processing and proper documentation of project-related requests

and transactions.

• Monitor and reconcile transferred materials, assets, and inter-project charges.

• Support project teams by coordinating urgent requirements and facilitating

timely resolution of cost and resource-related concerns.
