Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare project cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts.
• Monitor and control project costs to ensure adherence to approved budgets.
• Analyze cost variances and recommend cost-saving measures.
• Prepare cost reports, progress reports, and financial projections.
• Review contracts, purchase orders, and subcontractor claims related to project costs.
• Coordinate with project managers, procurement, finance, and site teams to ensure accurate cost tracking.
• Maintain cost control systems and ensure timely reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Experience in cost engineering, project cost control, estimating, or quantity surveying is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and cost management software; knowledge of Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
