PROJECT COORDINATOR

As a PROJECT COORDINATOR, you will handle items in the nature of the following aspect:

- Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, and schedules.

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.

- Track project deliverables and ensure timely completion.

- Prepare and distribute regular status reports to project stakeholders.

- Monitor project progress and identify any issues or risks; escalate as necessary.

- Support quality control and compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.

- Assist in resource allocation and procurement of materials or services.

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned documentation.

- Additional duties as directed by immediate superior.

Qualifications:

• BSBA/Management graduate or any related field; open for fresh graduates
• With ability to coordinate with subcontractors, fabricators, and the likes
• With strong personality, leadership, and communication skills
• Flexible and adapts easily

Work Schedule: 8AM to 5PM, Monday to Saturday (Saturdays are only required when needed)

Location: No.24 Marcos-Highway, Brgy. Mayamot, Antipolo City
