We’re Hiring: Project Coordinator

Join us as we build our new showroom for finishing

construction materials with customization options.

We are a new company currently

constructing a showroom that will highlight premium finishing materials for

construction and interior projects. To support this build, we are looking for a

Project Coordinator who can manage site activities, documentation, and

coordination among contractors, suppliers, and the project team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site work, deliveries, and manpower requirements.
• Monitor construction and fit‑out progress, ensuring schedules are followed.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, records, and project documentation.
• Liaise with contractors and suppliers on materials, schedules, and site needs.
• Communicate drawings, revisions, and instructions to site teams.
• Assist in monitoring quality, safety, and compliance on site.
• Support the Project Manager with updates, reports, and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

o   Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related

field.

o   2–5 years of experience in construction, fit‑out, or project coordination.

o   Strong organizational and communication skills.

o   Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings.

o   Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.

o   Willing to conduct regular site visits and fieldwork.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in hotel, resort, commercial, residential, or interior fit‑out projects.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, BOQ, procurement, and project scheduling.
• Familiarity with construction safety and quality procedures.
