  • Provide administrative and coordination support for ongoing projects across departments.
  • Schedule project meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Facilitate effective communication among project team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Organize and maintain project files, plans, and documentation.
  • Monitor progress against project milestones and deliverables.
  • Identify and escalate potential risks or issues to the Project Manager.
  • Help allocate personnel and manage materials for project needs.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the client representative on-site, and report their inquiries and concerns on time to the Operations management.


Qualifications

  • Graduate of B.S. Engineering or any 4-year course
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in project coordination or project management. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office o Google Sheets o Google Docs
