1. Project Administration & Documentation

  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and contract changes.
  • Track progress against project milestones and draft routine status reports.
  • Ensure all project closeout documents and warranties are properly filed.


2. Procurement & Logistics

  • Assist with sourcing materials, evaluating supplier quotations, and issuing purchase orders.
  • Monitor delivery schedules and inventory to ensure materials arrive on-site exactly when needed.


3. Stakeholder Communication

  • Act as the central point of contact for architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.


4. Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Track and secure necessary building permits and utility approvals.
  • Conduct routine quality inspections and help manage "punch lists" prior to project handover.
  • Verify site operations comply with safety codes and environmental regulations.


Job Requirements

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field is typically preferred.

Experience: Generally requires 1 to 3 years of experience in project support, construction administration, or a similar operations role.

Soft Skills: Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities to manage urgent challenges
