Job Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in construction or related industries
• Knowledge of construction processes, project management, vendor coordination, and heavy equipment
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office and other documentation/project management tools
• Strong planning, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure
• Willing to conduct occasional site visits and follow required safety protocols
• Mandarin-speaking ability is an advantage but not required

Job Description:

• Coordinate project schedules, resources, and activities to ensure timely completion
• Liaise with clients, engineers, contractors, and vendors to address and resolve project concerns
• Assist in project planning, risk management, and progress monitoring
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation and reports
• Monitor project milestones and coordinate necessary changes or adjustments
• Work closely with the Project Manager to resolve blockers and improve project efficiency
• Ensure compliance with applicable construction, engineering, and safety standards
• Conduct occasional site visits and assist with on-site project coordination
